On having a plan

A nice quote, taken from this book. Not my usual reading, but something I was handed with the promise that it would be good. And it is.

"My main problem is summoning up enough enthusiasm to begin thinking my way out of this. A birthday quote

Actually, this has nothing to do with my birthday, I'm just making myself feel special by prefacing everything with the word. Today seems as good a day as any to move onto a new notebook. I've been carrying this beauty around for the best part of a year:

But it's nearly full and in a terrible mess inside. Time to extract what's useful and move on to some clean pages. Like this quote from The Books in My Life, Henry Miller, 1969:
